For those new to this style of training or without prior CrossFit experience, Base Fitness offers a “Base Basics” introduction course. This course provides an understanding of the Base Fitness methodology and training style, as well as teaching the basic movements used in classes, such as squats, deadlifts, presses, gymnastics, Olympic lifts, and bodyweight movements. Due to Covid-19, they currently only offer private induction courses.
Group inductions are priced at 50 for two sessions, each lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes, which includes skill development and a workout. However, these group inductions are currently unavailable due to Covid-19. Alternatively, for a more personalised experience, individuals can opt for a private induction at 70 per session, lasting 1 hour. They can book a time that suits them and have one-on-one guidance from the coaches.
