The gym is open to both juniors and seniors, with specific training times allocated for each age group. Juniors, aged 8 to 16 years old, have training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6pm to 7pm. Seniors, aged 17 years and over, have sessions on the same days from 7pm to 8pm. There is also a nursery boxing programme for children aged 6 to 8 years, with sessions on Mondays and Fridays from 5:30pm to 6:10pm.
