At Barum Boxing & Sports Centre, they have big plans for their club and the sport of boxing. They are constantly travelling all over the country to provide their members with opportunities to compete and excel in the sport.
The gym is open to both juniors and seniors, with specific training times allocated for each age group. Juniors, aged 8 to 16 years old, have training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6pm to 7pm. Seniors, aged 17 years and over, have sessions on the same days from 7pm to 8pm. There is also a nursery boxing programme for children aged 6 to 8 years, with sessions on Mondays and Fridays from 5:30pm to 6:10pm.

The gym also hosts the prestigious Barum Box Cup Final, a UK Amateur Boxing event held in September 2022. This event features boxers competing for medals across three different rings.
