The “Yoga for a Healthy New Year” course, taking place from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, is designed to kickstart your wellness journey for the new year. For those struggling with restless nights, the “Yoga for Restful Sleep” course is the perfect solution. From 7:45pm to 8:45pm, Josephine guides participants through gentle restorative stretches and Yoga Nidra practises to create a bedtime ritual that promotes relaxation and supports a natural sleep cycle. This course is suitable for all levels and offers accessible practises that can easily be incorporated into your nightly routine.
