The Balletworks school in Liverpool, set up by Samantha, a former pro ballet dancer, has been teaching since 2002. Samantha's love for dance started early, and she trained at top places like The Royal Ballet School and The Australian Ballet School.
After dancing professionally, Samantha wanted to share her love for ballet with those in Liverpool. Balletworks became a place for budding dancers aiming for a career in ballet or musical theatre. Samantha makes sure each student feels happy, safe, and valued.
Balletworks offers classes for all ages, from 3 to adults. They've got R.A.D ballet, I.S.T.D modern, pointe, and singing classes. The school is all about proper technique while letting dreams thrive, creating a space where students can grow into great dancers.
Term dates are set for steady progress. The summer term runs from April 25th to July 16th, with a break from May 30th to June 4th. Autumn term is from August 29th to December 24th, with a break from October 24th to October 29th. The spring term goes from January 9th to April 1st, with a half-term from February 13th to 18th and an Easter break from April 7th to 10th.
Don't miss the I.D exams on May 15th and the biennial show on November 8th.
Classes are on different evenings. Mondays have a Stretch class from 4:15 pm to 4:45 pm, then a Beginners Pointe class from 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm. Wednesdays have a Stretch class from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, and an Advanced Foundation Ballet class from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
