Jude's journey into yoga began after a snowboarding injury, which necessitated the need for core strength development. As she started practising yoga regularly, she not only noticed the physical benefits but also found solace in the restorative calm that yoga provided. This experience sparked her enthusiasm and dedication to guiding others towards achieving their fitness goals.
As a Personal Trainer, Jude specialises in training women who aim to improve their fitness level after taking a break to raise their children. Drawing on her personal experience with two young boys, she understands the challenges that come with this transition and strives to support women in their fitness journeys. Additionally, Jude is a coach with the School of Callisthenics team, providing her expertise in this unique and dynamic form of exercise.
In collaboration with The Body Project, Balance Yoga offers additional services in the form of sports massage therapy, cupping, and dry needling. These therapies provide relief from muscular tension and pain, ensuring the well-being and physical recovery of clients.
Balance Yoga conducts no-nonsense, accessible Hatha Flow classes suitable for all levels of experience. The classes are conducted in plain English, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
