Our opening times vary throughout the week to accommodate different schedules. On Mondays, the pool area is open exclusively for adults from 7am to 10am, and open to everyone from 10am to 6:30pm. The gym is open from 7am to 9pm. From Tuesday to Friday, the pool area is open exclusively for adults in the morning and evening, and open to everyone from 10am to 7pm.

The gym remains open from 7am to 9pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, the pool area is open to everyone from 8am to 6pm, and the gym is open from 8am to 6pm as well. Please note that there are specific closures and activities during certain times, so it's advisable to check with reception for the latest schedule. Our 22-metre indoor pool provides ample space for swimming and water-based exercise, with a comfortable water temperature of 28-29C. The smaller indoor exercise pool, heated at a temperature of 33-34C, is perfect for injury rehabilitation and those who prefer warmer conditions. For those seeking warmth and rejuvenation, our exclusive over 16's area houses a sauna and steam room. These facilities provide a cosy escape on chilly days, with carefully regulated temperatures for maximum comfort. Additionally, Balance Spa & Health Club has a fully equipped gym that caters to individuals aged 16 and over.

Our state-of-the-art Pulse Fitness equipment includes treadmills, x-trainers, bikes, rowing machines, shoulder presses, chest presses, lat pull down machines, dual leg extension/leg curl machines, dual pulley machines, and a range of dumbbells. All cardio machines come with various programmes and built-in TV and internet functionality, so you'll never be bored during your workout. To help new members feel confident using our equipment safely and efficiently, we provide a free and comprehensive induction by our trained colleagues.
