His diverse clientele ranges from their 20s to 70s, and he assists them in various goals, including increasing strength and stamina, alleviating backache through core strengthening, muscle toning, and preparing for specific sports like running, racket sports, or snow sports. He also provides valuable guidance for weight loss objectives.
In offering Home Personal Training, Michael highlights the importance of motivation and support on the fitness journey. By travelling to clients and eliminating the need for them to commute, he ensures that training seamlessly fits into their routines. His flexible schedule further accommodates clients' needs.
Michael’s qualifications reflect his commitment to ongoing learning. He holds a Level 3 Personal Trainer certification, a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral, a Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy for Sport, and additional certifications related to circuit training, gym instruction, and exercise to music. He is also a trained BASI Level 1 Snowboard Instructor, First Aid certified, and proficient in British Sign Language.
To enhance training sessions, Michael uses various equipment, including free weights, medicine balls, Swiss balls, resistance bands, boxing gloves/pads, a Reebok step, skipping ropes, exercise mats, heart rate and blood pressure monitors, an Omron Body Fat Monitor, and a Coolboard.
Based in Wavendon, Milton Keynes, Michael is willing to travel up to 20 miles to meet clients. He offers a complimentary consultation to build rapport and assess individual needs and goals.
