We all have that inner flame, also known as Agni, and this practice allows us to call upon it whenever needed. It sets the stage for the upcoming colours of Autumn, the changing shades, and eventually, the darkness.
After the invigorating flow practice, Bev will guide attendees towards a return home to themselves through a restorative yin practice. This gentle practice emphasises grounding, settling, nourishment, and nurture. It's a time to reconnect with who you are, where you are, and acknowledge your current state. It encourages an exploration of internal shade and an understanding of the darkness within.
But the experience doesn't end there! After the yoga practices, Lou and Bev will lead a sound bath experience using vibrations to promote healing. This immersive journey works at a cellular level, enabling a profound energetic shift.
