Welcome to Baby Cherish, a yoga studio and massage therapist in Stockport, NZ. Baby Cherish is run by Sarah, a passionate and experienced practitioner who is dedicated to sharing the wonderful benefits of baby massage with new parents.
Sarah's own journey with baby massage began when her daughter was born. She discovered that both she and her daughter enjoyed this bonding experience, and it became a regular part of their daily routine. In fact, her daughter still asks for a massage every night, even at the age of 11!
Driven by her own positive experience, Sarah decided to share the gift of baby massage with other parents. She has since delivered baby massage courses and retreats, both in group settings and on a one-on-one basis. Through these sessions, Sarah aims to nurture, assist, and educate new parents so that they can become confident in their parenting skills. She believes in the importance of building a supportive community around parents, helping them raise secure, happy, and confident children who will grow into self-assured adults.
At Baby Cherish, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment that prioritises the well-being of both parents and babies. Sarah's mission is to provide parents with the tools and knowledge they need to nurture the physical, emotional, and mental development of their children. By offering baby massage classes and workshops, she empowers parents to strengthen their bond with their little ones while also promoting relaxation and improving sleep patterns.
In addition to baby massage, Baby Cherish also offers yoga classes for parents. These classes focus on gentle movements, stretching, and breathing exercises, providing parents with an opportunity to relax and take care of their own well-being while bonding with their baby.
