In September of 2014, I expanded my fitness knowledge even further by becoming a Moksha Flow teacher, which allowed me to deepen my practice and share my passion with others. It is my mission to create a studio that empowers individuals to transform their bodies, minds, and spirits through the power of yoga and fitness.
Awesome Hot Yoga and Barre is a place where individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds can come together to challenge themselves, find support, and experience personal growth. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance, while also promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we have classes that will meet you where you are and help you progress in your practice.
Our studio is conveniently located at 677 Stafford Street, Unit E, with easy access to public transportation. We offer a variety of class times to fit your schedule, and our studio is open 30 minutes before and after classes, so you can relax and connect with other members of our community.
