Through a combination of traditional sitting meditations and meditations in movement, you will gain a positive and powerful experience of meditation.

If you're looking to escape the demands of everyday life, our half-day mindfulness escapes are the perfect solution. Held in nature, we venture to beautiful locations in the Byron Shire, such as the beach or rainforest. During these escapes, we apply mindfulness to our walks, allowing you to fully embrace the beauty of Byron Bay.

In addition to our meditation and mindfulness offerings, we also provide private yoga sessions for individuals or group events. Our skilled instructors will come to your location, whether it be your home or holiday accommodation, to deliver a high-quality yoga session tailored to your specific needs and level.

For corporate groups or special occasions such as hen parties or birthdays, we offer group yoga and meditation sessions. Whether at your chosen accommodation or on the beach, our team will create a memorable experience for your group.
