AW Wellness Studios | Women Only Gym

AW Wellness Studios is a women-only fitness and wellbeing studio based in Tottenham, north London (near Seven Sisters). It teaches women-focused personal training and group classes built around weight and resistance training, core and conditioning, plus specialist sessions such as boxing. Suited to beginners through to those wanting structure and confidence, the approach is holistic and trauma-informed, with an individualised, mind-body-soul focus on building strength, stamina and mobility.
