Are you the owner of STEPPAZ Ltd?

Stacey McKnight, CEO of STEPPAZ Ltd, has been leading the charge since founding the company in 2013. With a passion for dance, Stacey created STEPPAZ to offer everyone, from age 3 and up, a place to express themselves through dance. Stacey's philosophy, "One Step At A Time," resonates through every aspect of STEPPAZ, encouraging all members to chase their dreams.
At STEPPAZ, dancers can choose from a variety of professional classes covering multiple styles and genres. One of the standout offerings is Street Dance, taught by industry professionals. These classes cover everything from techniques and routines to freestyling and fitness. At the end of each term, parents are treated to a showcase of their children's progress in a dynamic production.
STEPPAZ's musical theatre classes focus on building confidence, drama skills, vocal training, and crucial life skills in young people. The goal is to nurture well-rounded individuals who can confidently express themselves on and off the stage.
Additionally, STEPPAZ offers Open Styles classes with guest teachers from the industry. These sessions delve into hip-hop foundations like Lockin', Poppin', and Breakin', along with other styles such as Afrobeats, Dancehall, and Commercial. These classes help dancers enhance their technique, coordination, and overall dance proficiency.
Excitement is high at STEPPAZ, especially since they opened a new branch in Croydon. Winning Croydon's Got Talent two years ago solidified their local presence, partnering with initiatives like My End Project and Hope Project, and now working with Legacy Youth Zone for their fifth branch. The team is eager to engage with Croydon's youth and positively shape their futures.
A highlight for STEPPAZ was participating in the Queen Jubilee Platinum Parade, where they collaborated with Cirque Bijou. They created a section of the parade that celebrated Britain's diversity and strength, performed on a large mobile stage at Buckingham Palace. This coverage reached an audience of 40 million worldwide, creating lasting memories for all participants.
STEPPAZ also runs a flourishing Talent Agency. Over the past two years, their young talents have landed roles with CBBC, ITV, Art Council, and voice-over work, among other exciting projects. To register your interest in the STEPPAZ Talent Agency, email talentagency@steppaz.co.uk.
The committed team at STEPPAZ includes Sabrina Carr, Artistic Director and Musical Theatre Teacher; Tanya Williams-Griffiths, Parent Liaison Officer and Talent Agency Manager; Tabs Francis, Engagement Officer; and choreographers Jermaine Anderson, Jordan Alexander, Christal Innerarity, Taylor Aggarrat, and Terry Tetteh-Martey. Kyra Dockeray serves as the Social Coordinator.
Joining STEPPAZ means being part of a World Champion company dedicated to supporting your dance journey.
