There is no need to wait for a new session to start - you can join a class at any time.
Our studio offers a variety of classes throughout the week, including pilates, yoga, qigong, and more. Each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes long, unless otherwise specified. We also offer virtual classes for those who prefer to practice from the comfort of their own home.
