She offers both group classes in Farnham and Woking, as well as private one-on-one sessions in your own home or with a group of friends.
At Atma Alchemy, we also specialise in Ashtanga Yoga for the committed enthusiast. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding practise that focuses on synchronising breath and movement. Lisa is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of her students and guiding them on their yoga journey.
In addition to yoga, Lisa is also a fully qualified practitioner of Kahuna Lomi Lomi Massage, a therapeutic massage technique originating in Hawaii. Each massage session is personalised to the client's specific needs, whether they require therapeutic or deep tissue treatments. These massage sessions are typically for females and can be combined with a one-on-one yoga session if desired.
