She offers a variety of classes, including everyday Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga for the committed enthusiast. Lisa understands that each individual has unique needs and is dedicated to tailoring her teachings to meet those needs.

Yoga offers numerous physical and mental health benefits, including improved strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation, stress relief, and anxiety management. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your Yoga practise, Lisa will provide you with a personalised programme to help you achieve your goals. She offers both group classes in Farnham and Woking, as well as one-to-one sessions and corporate classes across Surrey.

In addition to Yoga, Lisa is also a certified practitioner of Kahuna Lomi Lomi Massage, a therapeutic massage technique originating from Hawaii. Each massage session is customised to meet the client's specific needs, whether they require therapeutic or deep tissue treatments. These massage sessions are exclusively for females and can be combined with a one-to-one Yoga session if desired.

Lisa's passion for Yoga extends to pregnancy and mother and baby Yoga, as she recognises the unique physical and social needs of this group. Special classes are available to support and nourish expectant mothers and new mothers, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
