The gym at Atlantic Reach Gym and Leisure Centre is the largest in Cornwall, offering state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive community. With over 100 classes available every week, members can choose from a wide range of exercise options that suit their preferences and goals. The gym also features an on-demand virtual studio, allowing members to access workouts at any time. Our team of experienced instructors are available to provide guidance and tailor-made exercise programmes to help members achieve their fitness goals.
Access to the gym and swimming pool facilities is exclusive to members, local residents with proof of address, or resort guests with a valid Leisure Pass. Without one of these, entry will not be granted. This ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all users.
The fitness classes at Atlantic Reach Gym and Leisure Centre are led by expert instructors and cover a wide variety of disciplines. Members can decide from Les Mills classes, such as BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, and SH'BAM. Other classes include Spin, Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, HIIT, and various styles of yoga. Bookings for classes can be made online up to five days in advance.
Our swimming facilities include both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool features a 14m main swimming area and a baby pool kept at a warm 31C. In addition to regular swimming sessions, the indoor pool hosts fun sessions with inflatables, swimming lanes, and Aqua Aerobics. The 25-metre outdoor pool is open from May until September, providing a refreshing experience during the warmer months.
Members can book swim sessions up to five days in advance, while locals with a Locals Card can book one day in advance. Holiday guests can also book swim sessions online.
