Whether you prefer in-person or virtual online sessions, our six-week personal training programme is designed to deliver physical results and kickstart your fitness journey.
The programme starts with a free discovery session in week 1, where we establish your goals and starting point. In week 1, you will also receive a custom-made fitness plan to kickstart your journey. Weeks 2-6 consist of personalised 1:1 training sessions, twice a week, to ensure you receive the guidance and support you need. Throughout the programme, we provide ongoing support to help you stay on track and make progress.
At the end of week 6, it is time to re-focus, update your progress, and set long-term goals.
