Weeks 2-6 consist of personalised 1:1 training sessions, twice a week, to ensure you receive the guidance and support you need. Throughout the programme, we provide ongoing support to help you stay on track and make progress.

At the end of week 6, it is time to re-focus, update your progress, and set long-term goals.
