Biography
Since the age of 10, Tiffany Ho has harbored dreams of representing Australia on the international badminton stage. Inspired by the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, Tiffany committed herself to achieving this goal with relentless determination. She entered her first badminton tournament shortly afterward, and by 2013, she was already competing at the NSW Open. Despite a major setback in 2017 when she tore her ACL, Tiffany's resilience and the unwavering support of her friends and family helped her to not only recover but come back stronger. Partnering with Jennifer Tam, she claimed victories at the 2016 Oceania Championships and the Waikato International in New Zealand. Over the years, Tiffany has collected numerous medals from the Oceania Championships and was part of the Australian squad that secured the Oceania team title in 2020. Her performance at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games saw her reach the round of 32, ranking 17th overall. In 2023, she achieved the title of Australian national women's singles champion and continued her success by winning the women’s singles title in 2024. Tiffany balances her sports career with her work as a nurse and holds the unique personal accomplishment of having watched the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy over 30 times.
