Sarah Orban

Biography

Sarah Orban is a rising star in the world of track cycling, hailing from Calgary, Alberta, in Canada. Her journey into cycling began when she tried track cycling for the first time at the age of 21, eventually leading her to full-time training at 22. Winning team sprint bronze at the Pan American Games in 2023 was a defining moment in her career. Sarah's dedication and passion for the sport were evident as she continued to achieve success, including team sprint silver at the 2023 Pan American Championships and team sprint gold at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. A versatile athlete, Sarah transitioned to track cycling after impressing in the 2017 Alberta Regional Final of RBC Training Ground. Prior to that, she showcased her athletic prowess as a varsity soccer player and track and field athlete at the University of Lethbridge.
