Biography
Olivia Wunsch is an emerging swimming sensation from Sydney, Australia, making waves in the competitive swimming world. Her standout moment came at the Australian Olympic trials in Brisbane, where her impressive personal bests in the 100m butterfly, 200m freestyle, and 100m freestyle earned her a spot in the Paris 2024 Olympic team as a relay swimmer. Olivia's passion for swimming began early, competing in her first NSW state swimming competition at age eight, and by 2017, she was turning heads at the Pacific School Games with multiple national titles.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Olivia's resilience shone through as she returned to the pool in 2021, claiming medals at the Australian Age Championships. Her prowess continued to grow, leading to a stellar performance at the Junior Pan Pacs in Hawaii in 2022, where she collected three medals.
