Liam Adams is affectionately known as the working man’s runner, balancing a full-time job with the grueling demands of marathon training. His dedication has seen him run an impressive 200km every week, preparing for one of the most demanding athletic events. Liam made his Olympic debut in the marathon at Rio 2016 and returned for a second shot at Tokyo 2020. As a child, his competitive spirit was spotted early by a primary school teacher who suggested he try cross country. In just his second year, young Liam clinched a medal at the national level. His passion and commitment have only grown since, propelling him onto the world stage.
