Lauren Ryan, based in Maryland, USA, is a standout athlete originally from Victoria, Australia. Rising through the ranks of athletics, Lauren broke Australia's 21-year-old National 10,000m record, securing her place for Paris 2024. Her journey began in cross country during her school years, eventually focusing on track at the age of 16.
