Atelier de Yoga

Situated close to the city center of Mouans-Sartoux, just fifteen minutes from Grasse and Cannes, the Atelier de Yoga is a dedicated space for well-being since 2013. The center offers group classes at the yoga workshop, with only therapy sessions taking place at the Espace Zen. Estefania, a graduate of the Yoga Therapy Institute in Paris, guides individual and small group sessions focusing on personalized patient care. Weekend intensive workshops allow participants to explore various types of yoga, such as the Iyengar method and Kundalini, as well as deepen their practice.

At the Atelier de Yoga, private sessions tailored to individual needs (senior, prenatal and postnatal), as well as workshops designed for children, are available. Meditation cycles are also offered, including quantum meditation following the Joe Dispenza method and sound meditation with a sound therapist and Tibetan singing bowls. Certified by Yoga Alliance®, all instructors at the Atelier de Yoga are experienced and passionate, providing personalized guidance to students in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Small class sizes ensure continuous adjustments, with equipment available on-site to enhance postures and deepen practice.

Located between Cannes and Grasse, near Valbonne, Mougins, Pégomas, Le Cannet, and La Roquette-sur-Siagne, the Atelier de Yoga in Mouans-Sartoux offers a rejuvenating sanctuary for individuals seeking inner peace and balance. The center is certified by the International Yoga Alliance® and holds the YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider) label, providing training for future yoga instructors.
