Begin your practice with the basics of drishti (gaze), prana (breath), and asana (postures), as you are guided through sequences that both open and close each session. The practice, lasting 30 to 40 minutes initially, encourages gradual learning and allows for individual pacing and personal growth. Classes are available five days a week, with sessions in the morning and evening to accommodate various schedules.
