This class provides a very gentle approach to yoga and breathing, making it suitable for beginners. The drop-in fee for the Zoom class is 8, or participants have the option to purchase an 8-week class pass for 56, to be used within three months.
Following the Introduction to Yoga class, Vicki also leads an Ashtanga Yoga class via Zoom from 7:30pm – 9:00pm. Building on core strength, pelvic floor connexion, and breath management, this class aims to relax the nervous system and provide a healthier mind and body. Inspired by the Ashtanga system, this class focuses on different themes each week to promote a healthier, stronger, and more relaxed body. Although beginners to this style of yoga are welcome, it is not suitable for absolute beginners to yoga.
