The workshop kicks off with a morning Mysore self-practice session, giving everyone the chance to dive into their own practice at their own pace. After a well-deserved break for brunch, Louise will guide you through practice techniques and delve into the philosophical aspects of yoga. Feel free to ask questions and gain valuable insights – this is a workshop that's all about personal growth and development.
This event is perfect for individuals who are self-practicing the Primary Series up to Maricasana B, as well as those with a higher level of practice. If you're working on an extended practice, be sure to give us a heads up in advance. Due to limited spaces, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot. Start times will be allocated and sent out via email one week before the workshop.
