Paul and the team have a passion for player development and are on the lookout for new talent to boost their senior squads for the 2024 season and beyond. They run two Kent League teams on Saturdays and a Development XI on Sundays, mixing seniors and budding juniors. The juniors are thriving too, with mixed Under11, Under13, and Under16 teams.
For the little stars, they offer the ECB Softball programme through All-stars and Dynamos Cricket, giving kids a fun introduction to cricket. Whether you're an active player, returning to the game, or keen on umpiring, there’s a place for you at Ashford Town.

Exciting news: senior indoor nets start in February 2024 at Ashford School. New members are welcome, and booking is online. They’re also rolling out a player recruitment drive and overseas placements for 2024.
