Ashbrooke Yoga, led by Elaine A. Scott, is a top choice for those in Sunderland seeking Yoga, Qi Gong, and Meditation. Elaine is a certified Iyengar Yoga Tutor, also skilled in teaching Qi Gong and Meditation.

The school offers a variety of classes for all experience levels. Beginners and those looking to improve can join the Yoga for Beginners and Improvers class at St Michaels Community Centre on Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This class costs £7 per session or £30 for five.

For absolute beginners, there’s a New Beginners class on Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Tesco Community Room, Tesco Superstore. This class costs £5.

Ashbrooke Yoga also holds a Wellness Class on Fridays from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm at St Michaels Community Centre.
