Arun District Indoor Bowling Club has a rich history and was established in 1983. It originated from the Southdean Club and has since developed a strong reputation as a well-organised club. Notably, the club won the Ladies Fours National Championship in 1994/95 and the National Mixed Fours Championship in the following season.
