Gymnastics website prior to your child starting classes. We recommend purchasing the 'Recreational Bronze' membership, which covers all classes at Regis Gymnastics. This membership provides insurance coverage for your child during their gymnastics sessions.

At Regis Gymnastics, we offer a variety of classes to suit all ages and abilities. Our Pre-School Gym classes are designed for children aged 1 to 5, where they can develop their motor and social skills while learning the basics of gymnastics. Our Recreational Gym classes are for children aged 4 to 16 and are a great way to get exercise and build confidence.

For those interested in acrobatic skills required for activities like Parkour and Freerunning, we offer Freestyle Gym classes. Our Acro Gymnastics classes focus on performing balances, lifts, throws, catches, and other gymnastics skills while working with a partner.

We also offer Adult Gymnastics sessions for individuals aged 16 and above, providing a fun way to exercise and learn something new. Additionally, we have specific sessions for adults aged 50 and above.

For those who are interested in competitive gymnastics, we have Squad Gymnastics classes. Our Squad Gymnasts compete in General Floor and Vault at county and regional level competitions.

Regis Gymnastics is committed to inclusivity and has a track record of providing gymnastics classes for children with disabilities. We believe that gymnastics has huge benefits for all children, regardless of abilities.

In order to participate in our classes, all participants (except for Gym Joeys Play) are required to have British Gymnastics membership. This membership provides insurance coverage and must be purchased by the participant prior to starting classes at Regis Gymnastics. We recommend purchasing the 'Recreational Bronze' membership, which covers all classes at our academy.

If you are interested in joining Regis Gymnastics, please complete a registration form for your child. Due to the popularity of our classes, we do have a waiting list for most age groups. Once a space becomes available, we will email you to book a taster session to ensure that you and your child enjoy our classes. You will not be required to pay anything until you decide to take up your place.
