Corrina, an experienced and passionate instructor, designs classes to accommodate all levels of experience and ability. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you'll find a welcoming and supportive environment. The centre offers various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, often accompanied by Therapeutic Sounds to enhance the experience.

In addition to regular community yoga classes, Corrina offers personalised 1-2-1 Yoga and Wellbeing sessions. These are tailored to individual needs, whether you're aiming to gain strength and flexibility, relieve stress and anxiety, or work through personal challenges. The Sound Bath Hike & Yoga Retreats and Spring Wellness Day Retreats are perfect opportunities to immerse yourself in nature, rejuvenate your mind and body, and tap into your inner wild.
