What calisthenics classes do you offer?

We offer programs for Little Stars and Tinies (ages 1.5 to 7), Sub-Juniors to Juniors (ages 8 to 13), and Intermediates to Seniors (ages 14 and over), with training that blends artistic expression and sport.

Who are your classes for and what can I expect?

Calisthenics is a sport for everyone, and our classes are designed for different ages and fitness levels. You will join a supportive community where you build friendships and confidence while exploring what your body can do.
