Ben, the organiser of the “ARELI Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Henley on Thames Academy,” has a message for the sports community. Ben is dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of age or skill level, to learn and practise Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, the academy has classes to suit your needs.
Classes take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:45 pm, focusing on Gi training. Additionally, there's a kids' class on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 10:30 am for children aged 7 to 11 years old.
Located at Unit 2A Manor Farm Barns, Nettlebed, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 5DA, the academy boasts a spacious and well-equipped training area, ideal for an effective learning experience.
