The Aquatots infant aquatic programme, called Aquabubbas, is Australia's first aquatic programme for infants from 6 weeks of age. For pre-school children aged 3 to 5 years, Aquatots offers a programme that caters to children with little to no water experience, as well as those who are learning the technical side of all four swimming strokes. The pre-school programme places children in classes according to their swimming ability, ensuring that each child receives appropriate instruction and guidance.

School-aged children aged 5 to 12 years can enrol in the beginner to intermediate programmes at Aquatots. In these programmes, children are placed according to their swimming ability and learn floatation, propulsive skills, and basic breathing patterns for all four strokes. The goal is to build strong foundational skills and prepare children for advanced swimming techniques.

For children aged 5 to 12 years who are more advanced in their swimming abilities, Aquatots offers an advanced programme. This programme is designed for children who can propel through the water using basic strokes and are ready to learn the technical side of all four strokes in preparation for squad training.

In addition to the swimming programmes, Aquatots also offers a Water Wellness Programme, which is a parent's group that aims to assist new parents with their mental health and well-being while navigating the early stages of parenthood.
