Our Aqua classes cater to a wide range of abilities and fitness levels, making them suitable for pre and postnatal mothers as well. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, our sessions, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes, are designed to suit your needs and goals.
One of the highlights of our Aqua program is the inclusion of exercises in the water. These water-based workouts not only enhance your fitness but also add an element of fun to your routine. Additionally, we are proud to offer a unique experience for parents with babies up to 18 months. Our exclusive baby aqua boats allow parents to participate in the sessions while keeping their little ones engaged and entertained.
The cost per session for our Aqua classes is £15, which includes access to top-notch facilities and a highly experienced coaching team. For those enrolled in our Aquatots program, we offer free Aqua classes as an added benefit. However, please note that a medical consent form is mandatory before attending your first session. This ensures the safety and well-being of all participants.
