The Freyberg Community Pools in Palmerston North is currently on the lookout for individuals who are passionate about health and fitness to join their dynamic team. They are specifically seeking someone who is interested in gaining qualifications and experience in delivering Aquarobic Group Fitness classes and Hydrotherapy group fitness classes.
If you have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with participants in a group fitness setting, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. While knowledge of the industry is desirable, the team is more than happy to train the right person who possesses the right attitude.
This part-time position entails working 3 hours per week, with shifts starting at 6pm. Occasionally, there may be a need for shift cover, and there is potential to gain more rostered shifts throughout the week. Flexibility is key for this role.
If you have previous experience teaching aqua aerobics, that would definitely be an advantage. As an approved applicant, you can expect competitive rates of pay, ongoing training and development, as well as free use of our fantastic facilities.
