Located at 7 Winston Ave, Christchurch, our gym is easily accessible and offers convenient parking options. Our staffed hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please note that our office is unstaffed on Sundays and public holidays.
