No previous experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to join and discover the power of meditation.
At Antara Studios, we offer both mat and reformer pilates classes that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Our qualified pilates instructors guide you through exercises that target the core, improve posture, and promote overall stability. Whether you are new to pilates or have prior experience, our classes offer a balanced and effective full-body workout suited to all fitness levels.
If you are new to Antara Studios, we encourage you to try our Welcome Trials to experience what we have to offer. We offer two options: the 'Welcome Trial: Mat' includes yoga, mat pilates, barre, and meditation, while the 'Welcome Trial: Reformer' is specifically for Reformer Pilates.
