Annie's Yoga in Highgate is excited to announce a local Yoga event that is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Whether you are just starting your Yoga journey or looking to deepen your practice, these classes are designed with you in mind.
Classes are held on Tuesdays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. You have the option to attend the class live in the stunning surroundings of Waterlow Park during the spring and summer months, or join in from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. The choice is yours!
On Tuesdays, you can expect a slow flow hatha yoga class. This class focuses on gentle movement that is not only great for your body, but also beneficial for your everyday life. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind and find your inner peace.
The Sunday classes in Waterlow Park are similar in style, but may have a bit more activity and standing poses if the weather is on the chilly side. Don't worry though, the serene setting of the park will still provide a calming atmosphere.
To ensure your comfort during the classes, please remember to bring your own mat. But don't worry if you don't have one – mats are available for borrowing. We've got you covered!
The price for each class is £7, or you can purchase a pack of 6 classes for £42. With the pack, you have the flexibility to use the sessions whenever it suits you. We understand that life can get busy, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to attend our classes.
Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment, making it simple and hassle-free for everyone involved. If you need any additional information about the class, such as location details or safety guidelines, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly organiser.
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. In-person classes are held at the Highgate United Reformed Church in Pond Square, London. This beautiful venue offers a spacious environment with a wooden floor and stunning stained-glass windows. We couldn't think of a better place to practice Yoga!

Please remember not to attend if you're feeling unwell and always bring your personal mats and props. Hand sanitiser will be provided for your convenience, and we kindly ask that you scan the QR code for contact tracing purposes. Additionally, any additional instructions will be communicated to you to ensure a smooth and safe practice.
