Anna Bruton, the principal physiotherapist and practise owner, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the clinic. She graduated with a dual degree in Exercise Science and Physiotherapy in 2005 and has worked in various settings, including private practise, hospitals, and government services. Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, women's health, and assisting people with chronic pain. Anna is also qualified in Graded Motor Imagery and is a Level 4 DMA Clinical Pilates practitioner and a Power Yoga Teacher.
Her passion for exercise, adventure, food, and mindfulness shines through in her approach to physiotherapy.
The clinic offers a range of services, including musculoskeletal physiotherapy and women's health physiotherapy. Treatments are tailored to the individual needs of each client based on evidence-based practise. The clinic is equipped with HICAPS facilities, allowing clients to claim from their private health funds on the spot. Fees for consultations are based on the length and reason for the appointment, and Anna can provide the current fee schedule upon request.
The clinic also accepts Team Care Arrangements (TCAs) and is open to discussing special circumstances regarding fees.
Anna Bruton Physiotherapy operates by appointment, with current clinic times on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 6pm. However, appointment times outside these hours, including weekends, can be arranged upon request. The clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy, requiring clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they are unable to attend their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
