Andy Moore Personal Training is led by Andy Moore, a dedicated personal trainer with 15 years of experience. Andy made a career change to become a personal trainer, stepping out of his comfort zone to pursue his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. He understands the challenges that come with starting something new and is able to empathise with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed but ready to make a positive change.
Andy works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, taking a flexible approach to training. He recognises that everyone has unique goals and progresses at their own pace, and therefore tailors individual programmes to meet each client's specific needs. His expertise includes nutrition, weight control and diet, weight training, core and functional training, TRX training, flexibility and postural alignment, cardiovascular training, lifestyle management, and injury management.
As a personal trainer, Andy strikes the right balance of empathy and rapport, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and supported while working towards their goals. He understands that what works for a younger client may not necessarily work for an older client, and his own experiences as a 50-year-old place him in a good position to meet those needs effectively. Andy's training sessions are both challenging and enjoyable, guaranteeing hard work, results, and fun along the way.
