Amity Pilates is a classical Pilates studio located in Drysdale on the stunning Bellarine Peninsula. The studio embraces the traditional Pilates method, originally known as Contrology, and offers a warm and welcoming environment for individuals of all ages and abilities to experience the benefits of this complete system.

At Amity Pilates, clients have the opportunity to learn and practise the full system of Contrology on a variety of classical apparatus, such as the reformer, cadillac, and ladder barrel. The studio takes pride in being one of the few in Australia and internationally that honours Joseph Pilates' intentions for the method to be incorporated into daily life.

Regular practise at Amity Pilates will leave you feeling rejuvenated and revitalised, as it helps to build deep strength, suppleness, and balance throughout your body. Whether you are a newcomer to Pilates or have years of experience, the studio offers a range of classes designed to support your individual journey. Classes run six days a week from Monday to Saturday, with additional workshops throughout the year.

Amity Pilates is run by Gemma Duff, a highly experienced Pilates instructor who has been teaching since 2002. Gemma initially trained in the contemporary perspective of Pilates before delving into the classical system. She has close relationships with various health professionals in the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula areas and is able to collaborate with them to create personalised programmes upon request.
