If you're looking for a more gentle practise, the Gentle Flow class is perfect for you. Specifically designed for beginners or those interested in a slower-paced practise, Gentle Flow incorporates simple flowing sequences, focusing on alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, and breath. No experience or flexibility is required, so come along and enjoy!

For ultimate relaxation and restoration, Alpha Yoga offers the Restore class. This therapeutic practise promotes deep relaxation with the help of props such as bolsters and blocks. Participants can expect longer holds in each position, allowing for deep stretching and rejuvenation. Restore is the ideal class to unwind and revitalise both the body and mind.

Alpha Yoga offers various pricing options to suit individual needs. Drop-in classes are available for $20 per session, or participants can save money by purchasing a concession card for the discounted rate of $17 per class. Concession cards can be purchased at the studio and are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
