Mark is the strength and conditioning coach at Alpha MMA. He has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Mark has worked with a wide variety of athletes, from professional MMA fighters to weekend warriors, helping them to improve their strength, power, and endurance. His training programmes are specifically tailored to the needs of combat athletes, focusing on developing explosive power, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.
