Mike’s thrown open the doors to Alma, a Yoga, and Pilates spot right in Havelock North. Alma’s all about getting you moving, tuned in, and feeling good. It’s a chill zone where athletes and everyday Kiwis can let off steam, rediscover their edge, and link body and mind.

Whether you're diving into Yoga, finding your balance with Reformer Pilates, or just taking a breather with some Meditation and Breathwork, Mike's got a class for you. The place is kitted out with top-notch gear and maintains a comfy vibe. After a session, grab a cuppa in their Tea Room or just hang out in the Chill Zone.

On top of classes, Alma’s got extras like free tea and a shop stacked with wellness gear. Pricing’s flexible too – drop in casually or grab one of their concession passes or memberships. Newbies? You can try out any three classes for just $50.
