Our club, Alliance Jiu Jitsu Auckland Mt Eden, is more than just a martial arts club we are a family. We carefully select highly-trained instructors and mentors who provide our students with the support and motivation needed for unstoppable success. With our team on your side, you will form an unwavering bond with everyone you practise with, pushing each other past any limits you may have thought you had.
One of the unique aspects of Jiu Jitsu is that it cannot be practised alone; you require a partner, you require a team. By practising together, you will develop not only physical skills but also emotional control. Our training will teach you how to manage stress, anxiety, fear, and anger, providing invaluable skills that can be applied to every aspect of your life.
While we do not require our students to compete, we have an impressive track record of winning individual and team championships, making us one of the best competition teams in New Zealand. Competing can help accelerate the benefits of training, improving self-discipline, mental strength, and goal setting.
Further, we offer a range of classes for adults and kids, with a structured belt grading system and attendance tracking. Our instructors provide a comprehensive training programme that exposes students to advanced techniques and self-defence moves, ensuring growth and progress at each belt level.
You can find us at two convenient locations: Mt Eden and St Johns. Our Mt Eden location is situated at 213 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand while our St Johns location can be found at 263 Morrin Road, St Johns, Auckland 1072, New Zealand.
For those interested in joining our club, we offer free trial classes for all experience levels. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, we have classes available during morning, afternoon, and evening times. Simply fill out the form on our website, and we will be in touch to confirm your class.
In addition to our classes, we also have a store where you can purchase kimonos, nutrition supplements, and merchandise. We also offer 1 on 1 tuition for those who prefer a personalised learning experience.
