Escape the ordinary and dive deeper into their yoga practice with the All Flow Yoga Retreat in Goa, Southern India. Led by Jennifer Kesik and Abby Faye, this week-long retreat offers a deep yoga and meditation experience in the serene and beautiful Kola Beach. With a small group setting and the tropical paradise surrounding them, this retreat provides a space for individuals to let go of fears and tap into their true potential. The retreat takes place at Little Cove Yoga, a breathtaking beachfront yoga resort on Cola Beach. Set under coconut palm trees, this resort offers a clean and quiet environment that is perfect for a rejuvenating and memorable yoga experience. Participants will stay in one of the beautiful beach huts overlooking the ocean.
Throughout the retreat, participants will have the opportunity to practice yoga and experience its transformational power. Each morning will start with a mindful vinyasa flow practice in the Shala overlooking the ocean. Various modifications and variations will be provided, ensuring that all participants can enjoy the practice. After the yoga class, there will be a meditation and breath-work session, allowing participants to reconnect with themselves and find inner peace and contentment. In the afternoon, they can immerse themselves in a calming and restorative yoga class that incorporates yin yoga and Myofascial release techniques to relax their muscles.
To nourish their bodies during the retreat, participants will enjoy two mouth-watering vegetarian Indian meals daily – brunch and dinner. Additionally, tea, coffee, and filtered water will be available throughout the day to keep their bodies hydrated.
The All Flow Yoga Retreat includes 7 nights of accommodation in sea-facing bungalows, two 90-minute yoga classes per day, daily meditation and breath-work sessions, an inversion workshop, a yoga philosophy session, and cultural trips (optional).
